These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Laura's Photoshop Studio website and any lessons provided by LESSONS BY LAURA LLC (Company No. 10294370; "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking a lesson you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Live online Photoshop coaching delivered by video call: 1-on-1 sessions, duo/trio sessions and one-day crash courses, as described on the Lessons page. The free intro call carries no obligation to purchase.

2. Booking and payment

Sessions are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are in USD and may change; the price confirmed when you book applies to your session.

3. Rescheduling and cancellations

Reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full at our discretion.

4. Software requirement

Lessons require your own working copy of Adobe Photoshop. We are not the publisher of Photoshop and do not provide technical support for the software itself, including any download obtained through the partner offer on this Site.

5. Partner / affiliate offer

The Photoshop banner shown on every page links to a third-party offer. Your use of that offer is governed solely by the third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for its availability, functionality or terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to record, redistribute or resell lesson content without written permission, and not to use the Site or lessons unlawfully.

7. Intellectual property

Lesson materials and Site content belong to LESSONS BY LAURA LLC unless otherwise noted and are for your personal educational use. Your photos remain yours, always.

8. No guarantees

Lessons are educational. We don't promise specific outcomes, certifications or business results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session(s).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where LESSONS BY LAURA LLC is registered.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Site after posting means you accept the revised Terms.
